Automatic Investments and Redemptions

Automatic Investment Plan (AIP)
An Automatic Investment Plan allows you to automatically invest a set amount on the dates you chose. Your Guggenheim Investments account is credited electronically via ACH.  To set up a plan, complete and return the Automatic Investment Plan Request Form. To establish an Automatic Investment Plan from your bank, a voided check and Medallion Signature Guarantee must accompany your request. If establishing an Automatic Investment Plan to existing bank instructions, a Medallion Signature Guarantee is not required. For more information on investing options for these products, please view the product’s prospectus.

Systematic Withdrawals
Guggenheim Investments offers automatic redemptions with our Systematic Withdrawal Plan. This service allows you to receive redemptions from your Guggenheim Investments account on a schedule that you specify. The funds redeemed may be sent by check, electronic transfer to your bank (ACH) or transferred to another Guggenheim Investments account.

To establish a Systematic Withdrawal Plan by ACH to new bank instructions, a voided check and Medallion Signature Guarantee must accompany your request; existing bank instructions do not require a signature guarantee. Complete the Systematic Withdrawal Form and return to the address on the form with the necessary attachments. This will allow Guggenheim Investments to obtain the most correct information for sending your redemption proceeds. If establishing a Systematic Withdrawal Plan to existing bank instructions, a Medallion Signature Guarantee is not required.

When you set up the plan, you must specify the fund(s) to be debited. If the fund(s) you have selected do not have enough money to cover the withdrawal, the redemption will be taken from the fund with the next highest balance.

You could lose money by investing in the U.S. Government Money Market Fund. Although the Fund seeks to preserve the value of your investment at $1.00 per share, it cannot guarantee it will do so. An investment in the Fund is not insured or guaranteed by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation or any other government agency. The Fund’s sponsor has no legal obligation to provide financial support to the Fund, and you should not expect that the sponsor will provide financial support to the Fund at any time.
