Reverse Share Split for Seven Rydex Variable Insurance Funds

Reverse share splits have been announced for seven Rydex variable insurance funds. After market close on February 14, 2024, each fund will execute a reverse split of its issued and outstanding shares. There will be no difference in the aggregate value of assets as a result of this reverse split, nor will the increase in the net asset value of the funds be considered a taxable event. Please refer to a tax consultant for information regarding taxes.
