What is eDelivery?

Guggenheim’s eDelivery service offers you a fast, convenient, and secure way to access your account documents and shareholder communications, such as statements, confirmations, prospectuses, and annual and semiannual reports. When a document is ready, you will receive an email notifying you that the document is available for your review online. 

What are the benefits of eDelivery?

There are many benefits of eDelivery, including:

  • Organized – Access account statements, trade confirmations, tax forms and more in one place
  • Flexible – Choose which documents to receive online and request a free paper copy at any time

What documents are available through eDelivery?

Direct mutual fund clients will receive an email notification when the following documents are available:

  • Quarterly Statements
  • Monthly Statements
  • Trade Confirmations
  • Annual Reports
  • Semiannual Reports
  • Prospectuses

How can I sign up for eDelivery?

  • Login to your Guggenheim Investments account at GuggenheimInvestments.com/myaccount
  • On the Account Profile page click the "Sign up for eDelivery" button
  • Select the "eDelivery" radio button for each Document Type
  • Enter your email address and retype to confirm
  • Check the box to agree to the terms and conditions
  • Click the "Submit" button

Alternatively, you may submit your request for eDelivery changes using the Document Delivery Change Form.

How soon will the changes take effect?

Changes take effect immediately, however, it may take up to seven days before you stop receiving information via U.S. mail, depending on the type of document.

How can I change my email address?

  • Login to your Guggenheim Investments account at GuggenheimInvestments.com/myaccount
  • On the Account Profile page select "Profile" on the left then click the "Edit Address" button
  • Enter your new email address and retype to confirm
  • Click the "Preview Changes " button, then “Submit”
